Please find linked documents which comprise our Information Kit and which outline the process of becoming Korean certified with ACO.

To apply for certification with ACO, you will need to submit the following documents:

• Application Form
• Korean Application Form
• Korean Education Program for Certified Operators

For Apicultural (Bee) Korean Certification, the following are required in addition to the above:

• Korean Apicultural Handling Plan (for Processors)
• Korean Beekeeping Application Form (for Producers [Hive Sites])
• Beekeeping Hive Site spreadsheet
• Honey Statutory Declaration

For Agricultural Farming Product (crop) Korean Certification, the following are required in addition to the application forms and Certification Agreement.

• Organic Integrity Plan
• Statutory Declaration (Producer)
• Preparing a Farm or Facility Map
• Input Register

For Livestock Korean Certification, the following are required in addition to the application forms and Certification Agreement.

• Organic Livestock Plan
• Statutory Declaration (Producer)

For Manufacturer / Processor Korean Certification, the following are required in addition to the application forms and Certification Agreement.

• Organic Integrity Plan - Processing and Handling
• Statutory Declaration (Processor))

For Handler Korean Certification, the following are required in addition to the application forms and Certification Agreement.

• Statutory Declaration (Wholesaler_Retailer_Exporter)

To apply for certification:

• Please complete the Certification Application Forms as appropriate and return it to our office.
• Once the application forms have been received by the office, our Accounts Department will issue an invoice that must be paid prior to the progression of your application.

Please note that the Statutory Declaration requires initials and dating at the bottom of each page, plus full signatures of an eligible witness and yourself. Please ensure that you sign and have witnessed the appropriate documents were indicated.
