การอุทธรณ์คำตัดสินการรับรอง

ผู้ปฏิบัติงานที่ได้รับการรับรองมีสิทธิ์อุทธรณ์คำตัดสินเรื่องการรับรองโดย ACO Certification Ltd. ได้ตลอดเวลา

Appeals requests including reason for appeal must be submitted in writing to the office within 30 days from receipt of notification to info@aco.net.au

คณะกรรมการอุทธรณ์จะประชุมและพิจารณาคำอุทธรณ์ของผู้ประกอบการพร้อมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการตัดสินใจ จากนั้นคณะกรรมการจะพิจารณาและตัดสินใจว่าจะสนับสนุนหรือปฏิเสธคำอุทธรณ์ และแจ้งเรื่องนี้ให้ฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องทราบ

• Have you seen a product claiming ‘organic’ without holding certification? (Please note that within Australia there is currently no regulation around the word ‘organic’, therefore companies/businesses can make this claim without holding organic certification with a registered certification body. We are currently working with the relevant Governing bodies to ensure that the regulation is put in place.)
• Have you seen evidence of an ACO client not upholding the regulations within the relevant Organic Standard? E.g. incorrect labelling, prohibited input use?
