上诉认证决定
在任何时候,认证经营者都有权对 ACO 认证有限公司的认证决定提出上诉。
Appeals requests including reason for appeal must be submitted in writing to the office within 30 days from receipt of notification to info@aco.net.au
上诉委员会将举行会议,审议经营者的上诉以及与该决定有关的所有相关文件。然后,委员会将进行审议,决定支持或驳回上诉,并将此通知相关各方。

- Have you seen a product claiming ‘organic’ without holding certification? (Please note that within Australia there is currently no regulation around the word ‘organic’, therefore companies/businesses can make this claim without holding organic certification with a registered certification body. We are currently working with the relevant Governing bodies to ensure that the regulation is put in place.)
- Have you seen evidence of an ACO client not upholding the regulations within the relevant Organic Standard? E.g. incorrect labelling, prohibited input use?
